Refund policy

Please contact us immediately if you believe you made an error with your order. Because our items are custom made, any changes must be made within 3 hours of placing an order. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction. Returns are accepted for faulty items, and /or items that are damaged. Please note, we do not accept returns for change of mind, which includes returning for different size or color. We provide an accurate sizing chart on each product page. Please use this size chart to choose the correct size before your purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at TriMEDesigns@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Thank you.
